1. Products and licenses

Buestro offers digital products including Astro templates and developer tools in two tiers:

• Free tier — Released under the MIT license. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute free products for personal and commercial projects without restriction.
• Pro tier — A commercial license is granted upon purchase. You may use the product in unlimited personal and client projects. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code as a standalone product or template.

2. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Sales tax and VAT are handled automatically based on your location.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact us at support@buestro.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Buestro products to create anything unlawful, harmful, or in violation of third-party rights. Free and Pro products may not be resold or redistributed as templates, starter kits, or similar products.

4. Intellectual property

All Buestro brand assets — including the logo, wordmark, and visual identity — remain the exclusive property of Buestro. The MIT license applies only to the template source code, not to the brand assets.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Buestro products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or suitable for every use case. Use them at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buestro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
